Dubai is gearing up to host the 1 Billion Followers Summit 2025, a major global event focused on shaping the content creation economy.

The third edition, which kicks off on January 11, is organized by the UAE Government Media Office under the theme "Content for Good."

It will take place over three days at Emirates Towers, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Museum of the Future.

Mohammad Al Gergawi, UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs, highlighted the summit's success in advancing the digital content industry. Over 15,000 content creators and 420 speakers, including top influencers and experts, will attend.

The summit will feature 340 sessions and unveil the world’s largest award for content creators, worth $1 million, which has attracted over 16,000 entries from nearly 190 countries in just three weeks.

Discussions will cover digital media trends, investment, and the role of technology in content creation. Major social media platforms like Snapchat, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta will engage with attendees on key industry topics.

The summit will also announce the results of the 1 Billion Pitches competition, which offers funding and support to startups and individuals with groundbreaking ideas in content creation.
