AB de Villiers smashed 29 off one over as South Africa defeated Afghanistan by 37 runs in the World Twenty20. Batting first, South Africa scored 209-5, but despite Mohammad Shahzad’s 44 from 19 deliveries, Afghanistan were bowled out for 172 in Mumbai. The victory was their first of the tournament after losing to England in their opener. Today's other match is also in Group 1, as defending champions Sri Lanka take on the West Indies.
