Reigning Champions League winners Liverpool get their title defence underway later Tuesday as they take on Napoli in Italy.

The Reds beat Tottenham 2-0 in June's final in Madrid to give manager Jurgen Klopp his first major trophy with the club.

Kick-off from San Paolo is at 11:00 pm UAE time.

Elsewhere, Lionel Messi has been named in Barcelona's squad for their opener against Borussia Dortmund.

Chelsea are also in action as they host Valencia in their Group H opener.

Kick-off for both matches is at 11:00 pm UAE time.
