The Ukrainian beat Carla Suarez Navarro in straight sets on Thursday night.
Svitolina will now take on Belinda Bencic, who had earlier upset 2015 champion Simona Halep in three sets.
They'll take to Centre Court after 7 PM on Friday night.
The other semi-final features Taiwan's Hsieh Su-wei and third seed Petra Kvitová.
That match gets underway at 5 PM on Friday.
