Hasan Ali (4-15), Wahab Riaz (3-17) and Ibtisam Sheikh (2-14) helped dismiss Lahore for just 78 runs, and Peshawar then wrapped up the game in 20 overs.
Umar Amin was their top scorer with an unbeaten 61 (39 balls).
