Defending a modest total of 138-6, Lahore dismissed their opponents for 116 with one ball remaining.
Haris Rauf was declared man of the match for his fine spell of 4-23, while Rahat Ali (3-19) and Shaheen Afridi (2-20) also played their part.
Elsewhere, Multan Sultans defeated defending champions Islamabad United by five wickets, with veteran duo Shoaib Malik and Shahid Afridi digging deep for the win.
In a low scoring match, Ali Shafiq (2-11), Afridi (2-18) and Junaid Khan (2-33) restricted Islamabad to 125-7 in their 20 overs.
The experience of Malik (31 not out off 29 balls) and Afridi (16 not out off 8 balls) then proved the difference as Multan won the game with eight balls to spare.
