Play at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic is currently suspended due to the adverse weather conditions.
Organisers had previously said that Emirates Golf Club would be closed to the public on Thursday and only the players, caddies, officials and the media would be able to enter.
Speaking to ARN News - Simon Corkill executive tournament director of the event said that even getting to the course is "tricky".
Those who booked hospitality packages for Thursday, January 26, are advised to contact hospitality@dubaidesertclassic.com for a refund.
Round one of the @DubaiDCGolf will not commence before 13:00 local time.
