Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 333 yards and five touchdowns in wet conditions, including three to Randall Cobb. It was a more difficult night for his opposite number, Alex Smith, who was sacked eight times at a raucous Lambeau Field. Elsewhere in week three, the Seattle Seahawks (1-2) responded to their loss to the Packers the previous week with a dominant 26-0 win over the Chicago Bears (0-3), the New England Patriots continued their winning streak with a 51-17 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Dallas Cowboys (2-1) went down 39-28 to the Atlanta Falcons (3-0).
