New Zealand secured their second World Cup win in a row after defeating a spirited Bangladesh at The Oval.
They chased down 245 with 17 balls to spare in London.
During a shaky start captain Kane Williamson should have been run out on eight, but Bangladesh gloveman Mushfiqur Rahim botched a simple job.
That set the momentum for the Black Caps, who faced sporadic threats from Bangladesh's bowling line-up, only to emerge victorious in the end.
They face Afghanistan at Taunton on Saturday, when Bangladesh take on England at Cardiff.
