Kevin de Bruyne has joined Manchester City, making him the second most expensive player in the history of English football. The attacking midfielder has agreed a six-year deal with the Premier League leaders, after signing from German team Wolfsburg. City's captain, Vincent Kompany, who plays with de Bruyne for the Belgium national team, says he’s quite a talent. The club hasn't disclosed the fee, but it's believed to be as much as AED 328 million.
