The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) will showcase the UAE's achievements in space exploration at one of the world's largest international space science conferences, which opened on Saturday in Florence, Italy.
During the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR) Scientific Assembly, MBRSC will highlight the UAE Astronaut Programme, the Emirates Lunar Mission, the development of Rashid Rover 2 and the scientific achievements of the Emirates Mars Mission Hope Probe.
The centre will also display items that travelled to space on the Zayed Ambition 1 and Zayed Ambition 2 missions, while its scientists and engineers take part in technical sessions and discussions with researchers from around the world.
The UAE will also promote Dubai as the host of COSPAR 2028, when the event will be held in the Arab world for the first time. More than 3,000 scientists, researchers and space experts are expected to attend.
