Green Planet Dubai has brought back its 'Camping in the Rainforest' experience, with an overnight adventure combining close-up wildlife encounters and hands-on nature until October.
The package invites guests to experience the region's only tropical indoor rainforest in a whole new light as the biodome transforms after dark, with encounters, expeditions, and explorations among over 3,000 plants and animals.
This year’s programme will feature three themed editions, each offering a different take on the overnight experience each month.
In June, 'Jungle by the Moonlight' will offer a more mysterious side of the biome, where campers will wander through the rainforest after dark, listen to the sounds of the night, and discover the fascinating creatures that emerge after sunset alongside expert biologists,
Campers will experience 'Rainforest Rovers: Expedition Edition' in July, with a hands-on discovery in the heart of the rainforest through scavenger hunt-style challenges, interactive activities and close-up wildlife encounters.
For August, families can experience the 'Legends of the Green Planet', filled with enchanting themed activities, interactive moments, and memorable encounters with the creatures that make the jungle so fascinating.
Each overnight stay includes a buffet dinner, nocturnal biome tour, entertainment centre access, a morning back-of-house tour and animal feeding session, and buffet breakfast.
Guests stay in fully prepared tents equipped with mattresses, sheets, pillows, and blankets, while some of the destination's best-loved residents, including Lemon the sloth, Kendrick the lemur, and Avo the anteater, remain part of the overnight experience alongside other free-roaming animals, like birds and geckos, across the biome.
Tickets for the experience can be purchased at its official website starting from AED 790 for a tent for two.
