Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism has launched a new citywide dining initiative, 'Dubai, A Fine Way to Dine'.

Running until April 19, the limited-time programme brings together a curated selection of restaurants across the emirate, inviting residents to explore Dubai’s vibrant food scene through shared dining experiences.

Dubai’s multicultural culinary landscape remains a key part of its global appeal. With flavours influenced by nearly 200 nationalities, the emirate has earned international recognition for both its diversity and commitment to quality.

The initiative features a range of sought-after venues, including Michelin-starred and Bib Gourmand restaurants such as Avatara, Trèsind Studio, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, and TakaHisa, alongside popular spots like Jun’s, The Guild, CÉ LA VI, Manāo, 21grams, and COYA.

For the first time, diners can enjoy significant savings across premium venues, with offers including up to 50 per cent off à la carte menus, as well as specially priced business lunches and set menus.

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, says the city’s food scene goes beyond economics — serving as a platform that brings people together from different cultures to connect and share experiences.

He adds that the initiative offers residents and visitors a chance to experience Dubai’s culinary excellence, and understand why the city continues to gain global acclaim as a dining destination.

Dubai’s reputation as a culinary capital is further strengthened by a mix of internationally renowned brands and thriving homegrown concepts — reflecting a food scene that is both globally recognised and deeply rooted in the city’s cultural identity.
