Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has approved a new driver training and licensing centre in Al Rowaiyah 3 (Sector 5).
The facility, operated by First Driving Centre, offers a full range of services, including traffic file opening, training, testing and licence issuance for motorcycles and light vehicles.
Services for heavy vehicles and buses will be added soon.
With this addition, the total number of RTA driver licensing service locations across Dubai rises to 28.
The centre has been designed in line with Dubai’s modern service standards and includes upgraded on-site amenities.
Operating hours are Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Fridays in two shifts: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The centre is closed on Sundays, except for scheduled practical training sessions.
