A US service member has been killed in Afghanistan.
The NATO-led Resolute Support mission confirmed the fatality in a short statement on Saturday.
The latest death brings the total number of US service members who have died in Afghanistan this year to seven.
In total, around 20,000 foreign troops are in the country.
They're there as part of a US-led NATO mission to train local Afghan forces.
