The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, has been admitted to a hospital in the capital Riyadh for medical checks.
According to the state news agency (SPA), he was admitted for inflammation of the gallbladder, without giving further details.
