Egypt's ousted President Mohammad Mursi collapsed in court during a trial and died on Monday.
According to the state media, the 67-year-old died of a heart attack.
He was ousted by the military in 2013 after one year in office.
Mursi collapsed after he spoke for five minutes upon his request, Egypt's chief prosecutor Nabil Sadeq said.
