The Arab League has condemned the Israeli army's demolition of an entire neighborhood in southern Lebanon's Bint Jbeil District.
In a statement, Secretary General Nabil Fahmy said the policy of imposing collective punishment on civilians constitutes an unacceptable violation of international humanitarian law.
