Disney has completed a USD 71 billion (AED 260 billion) deal to purchase 21st Century Fox.
The acquisition of Rupert Murdoch’s business is expected to boost Disney as it attempts to enter the TV streaming market.
The deal involves Disney absorbing the Fox film and TV studios as well National Geographic.
It also takes over the Indian TV giant Star India.
