Brian Austin Green is seeking spousal support from Megan Fox. In court documents obtained by TMZ, former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actor Brian, 42, requested that Megan, 29 - the mother of his sons Noah, two, and Bodhi, 19 months - continue to support him financially. Brian has been unable to work because of vertigo, which affects his balance, sustained as a result of the car crash he and Megan were involved in last December. Meanwhile, a source previously claimed that 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' actress Megan felt "overwhelmed" by her husband's expectations of her. They said: "Megan and Brian's split is a classic Hollywood story of two people in different stages of life and career. "Megan is young and hot and sought after for work, and she is eager to move ahead in her career. Brian wants more of her time than she can allow. "She was overwhelmed with the children and her husband's expectations, which got in the way of work responsibilities. They had many disagreements and arguments about her time at home, which led to problems." Megan filed for support last month, citing "irreconcilable differences", and is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two sons. However, their split is said to be "very amicable" and they are still living in the same house in Los Angeles.
