Action-comedy film sequel, Bad Boys 3’s release date has been confirmed. The release date will be January 2018, though a start-date for filming is yet to be announced. The long-awaited sequel will reunite Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett respectively, 13 years after Bad Boys 2 was released. Joe Carnahan, director of The A-Team will be directing the film, with Jerry Bruckheimer to produce. The new instalment, ‘Bad Boys for Life’, experienced some delays in shooting, reportedly due to Will Smith’s hectic schedule. There are also reports that Sony has plans to film a fourth instalment for 2019.
