US food chain Wendy’s has been hit by a huge cyber-attack, the company has confirmed. The business had reported suspicious activity earlier this year, but confirmed that the breach is far bigger than first anticipated. More than 1,025 restaurants in the US were targeted, with debit and credit card information stolen. Wendy’s say the threat has now been removed and they were helping affected customers.
