Volkswagen has named Porsche head Matthius Mueller as its new CEO as the automaker tries to contain the damage from its emissions cheating scandal. Meanwhile, it has emerged that 2.8 million vehicles in Germany may have been affected. Ira Spitzer reports from Berlin:
