More jobs in the private sector could soon become available for UAE nationals.

Authorities say they want to create 30,000 private sector jobs for Emirati citizens by the end of this year.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation says more than 20,000 employment opportunities were created for UAE nationals last year.

They say the UAE's entire workforce will reach 610,000 in both the public and private sectors by 2031.
