Here's what you need to do if you're renting short term

Landlords and tenants should both get insurance to make sure they're covered in a short-term lease agreement.

That's according to experts, who say more and more UAE landlords are leasing unused spaces in their properties.

Ashwin Narasimhan, Senior Manager of Personal Lines at Noor Takaful, explains.

He says people in the UAE still aren't buying home insurance.

A recent survey revealed that less than 10 per cent of residents in the country have issued a policy.
