DWTC gears up for packed calendar of events and exhibitions

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is gearing up for a busy September, with 14 major exhibitions and conferences taking place across DWTC and Dubai Exhibition Centre.

The month’s programme covers major sectors, including energy, investment, healthcare, tourism, finance, cybersecurity and technology.

Among the key events is Middle East Energy, the region’s largest energy infrastructure exhibition.

More than 1,900 exhibitors, 250 speakers and around 35,000 visitors from more than 150 countries are expected.

Five co-located conferences will focus on issues including grid modernisation, energy storage, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and rising power demand from data centres.

The International Property Show returns for its 22nd edition, bringing together developers, investors, banks, legal firms and property agents.

The three-day event will showcase local and international developments, along with project launches, PropTech solutions and investment opportunities.

The AIM Congress is also back for its 15th edition, bringing together investors, policymakers and business leaders under the theme, 'Reshaping Global Prosperity'.

The congress will focus on global markets, future economies and the next generation of investment.

In healthcare, Dubai Derma celebrates its 25th edition by bringing dermatology and aesthetic medicine together under one programme for the first time.

More than 25,000 visitors, 500 speakers and representatives from 114 countries are expected, alongside nearly 1,900 international brands.

The Crypto Expo will put the spotlight on digital assets, blockchain, regulation and the future of finance. The event is expected to attract more than 7,000 attendees, 100 exhibitors and 140 speakers from over 40 countries.

The region’s leading travel and tourism platform, Arabian Travel Market, returns with the theme 'Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology'.

The programme will explore artificial intelligence, smart mobility, ultra-luxury travel, business events and sustainability, bringing together destinations, hotels, airlines and technology providers.

At Dubai Exhibition Centre, GISEC GLOBAL, the Middle East and Africa's largest cybersecurity gathering returns for its 15th edition, bringing together cybersecurity leaders, government officials and technology buyers.

More than 25,000 professionals from over 182 countries are expected, with discussions covering AI security, ransomware, cloud security and critical infrastructure protection.

The Forex Expo will connect brokers, traders, financial institutions and technology providers, with a focus on foreign exchange, fintech and investment technology.

Meanwhile, Seamless Middle East, together with Seamless Fintech, returns for its 26th year.

More than 20,000 attendees, 800 speakers and 750 exhibitors are expected, covering payments, banking, retail, e-commerce and digital marketing.

From 24 to 26 September, the MEIDAM International Congress of Medical Excellence in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine will bring together more than 4,500 delegates from over 100 nationalities.

The programme includes more than 300 scientific lectures and 80 exhibiting brands.

Also at DWTC, Ru’ya – Careers UAE will connect Emirati jobseekers, graduates and students with more than 120 employers across 23 industries.

The programme includes live vacancies, interviews and skills competitions supporting youth development and the UAE’s Emiratisation agenda.

The Middle East Coatings Show moves to its new home at Dubai Exhibition Centre, bringing together more than 350 exhibitors and 5,000 industry professionals from across the coatings sector.

The GOTECH conference and exhibition will bring together energy-sector leaders, government representatives and researchers to examine how technology, artificial intelligence and talent development can improve efficiency and sustainability.

And rounding out the September programme, Amazon Web Services will hold its regional summit at DWTC, featuring keynotes, technical sessions and demonstrations focused on cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Together, the September calendar highlights Dubai’s role as a global meeting point for business, investment, innovation and industry.
