Dubai's Emirates Airline has announced a generous profit-sharing plan for employees, which works out to 24 weeks worth of salary.
The move comes after the company recorded its highest-ever annual profit of AED 10.6 billion ($2.9 billion).
On Thursday, the Emirates Group released its 2022-23 annual report, reporting its most profitable year ever on the back of strong demand across its businesses.
For the financial year ended 31 March 2023, the company posted a record annual profit of AED 10.9 billion ($3 billion), which is a complete turnaround from its loss position the previous year.
