 
                            
Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) will buy an 80 per cent stake in an Amman aviation firm. Jordan Aircraft Maintenance (JorAMCo) offers planes manufactured by Airbus, Boeing and Embraer. It is based at Queen Alia International Airport in the Jordanian capital. DAE, which is state-owned, did not disclose the terms of the acquisition, from global finance firm Abraaj Group.
